Well knowing about this SWER system is a bit new to me, Need to know a bit more about this, thnx for bringing it up.


for the barbosa leal replication attempt months ago,
From what I can tell is, where I live,  I did place many Copper plates some vertically and some horizontally,
10 cm underground about 6 of them , keeping them wet would increase the amps, could extract 3 amps measured on ground wire.
After some tries I saw I could just use one line, the phase line connecting a bulb with just the earth wire connected to the plates and
could light up about 300W worth of power because of the amount of plates but does not allow me to get more amps out then 3 .
but phase and ground can be shorted any moment and nothing happens.
Voltage is consumed though, but increasing the plates or rods will maintain voltage stand but increase amps depending surface you are
using.
Guesing this is a SWER system or not what I have here. I don't know , a.king help out on thoughts hehe
Will do a small test with the cap connected to the earth of what I saw on the vid, see if it makes a difference.

This is one of the possible methods used by Kapanadze for powering his green box device in the garden. The camera for some reason pans several times to show a car in the roadway outside the house and from the top of the nearby high wall of the house close to the car, we see a long aerial wire leading into a tree in the garden.

When using ground loop for closing circuit it still consume power from generator. In case of mains grid it terminates on nearest power substation. This is also how trams are running when using rails on ground for neutral wire connection...
Also this method was used widely in Russia when people wanted to cheat old energy counters which require two wires for normal operation.
So no free energy in that method

Geo, i loved your kactcher dude! I think is the right way to build it for experimentation. I hope today i will replicate it. What is your lower frequency that you can achieve with this?

a.king21, i was needed two days to digest what you meant about mixing dc or ac in a tank circuit. It is exactly what Ruslan does, it is exactly how Don Smith charges his caps. I searched in the forum to find Benitez second patent which explains this way, as i remember that you have posted it again on some thread. But i can't locate it. Is it possible to attach again the link?

   If the house meter does not register the draw on it, from the single hot wire connection to it. Even 300 watts is plenty as Geo mentioned he obtained.
  The test is to see just how much can be obtained in this way, and if it can be used by our devices to further extract even more power from it.
As it seams to me that this idea could also be used to connect one hot line to our device, and the other end to an earth ground line, with several grounding rods.
Or not?  Maybe we'd get even more power out by doing this, instead of trying to take a load off of a single hot line from the grid source, and connecting a bulb or whatever to the grounding system directly.

Have you had a chance to try the capacitor test to earth ground yet? 
  We need to know what kind of cap works best for this effect, as there are AC run caps, of different mf and capacities. I imaging that a 20 to 35 uf AC run cap may be what is needed. But, who knows, need to try it out first my self.
