I am beginning to think that the Kapa secret is more akin to the Thane Heins system, and that everything else is to throw us off the scent.
I have been thinking about my conversations with Tariel's assistant - a highly qualified  lady engineer who he uses to design his moving devices.  His moving devices are just a smokescreen for the real secret. She told me that Tariel is terrified and haunted by this fact and he tries to disguise and hide the real secret at every turn. The reason is that once discovered, it is so simple that anyone could build it.

He first discovered this secret in 1996 and ran a 1 kw load for three months. I think the load was probably one of those Soviet Era 1 kw bulbs. I think that the bulb eventually packed in.
Tariel told me that he can not think of a way in which his device is produced and yet his secret is kept. He does not understand the way business is done in the West at all.
It is certainly the case that Tariel makes one component himself.

that was new/important was that he is running the kacher continuously? Nothing else?
He seemed to have discussed a number of things in that video. 

Regarding the test for resonant frequency of the grenade, measured as you showed in your diagram above:
With earth ground connected to the layer 1 wire on the grenade:  1.57 MHz
With earth ground connected to the layer 6 wire on the grenade:  1.66 MHz

You can wound now 11 meters inductor on that multilayer coil in bifilar way and leave it unconected and check how it changes resonant frenquency.


And in 12 volts system in his divice ground conected to first layer. In 24 volts system in his divice ground conected to 6 layer. And he say, that in 12 volts system kacher frenquency is something about 1,5-1,6 megaherc. And in 24 volts system something remember I about 1,7 megaherc.
