   I'm still trying to get my yoke/grenade crt to oscillate at a much higher frequency, closer to 27khz or so.

Patent name "System of Delivery and Amplification of Earth current by atmospheric electricity from independent current cource". Current output at load is last 2 times bigger than current at input. Confirmed by France Academy of Science and leading France researchers of that epoha.

Goal is in special construction of assymetric capacitor (not electrolitic). Inner (smaller) plate of capacitor must be connected to source and outer (bigger) on load.  Good variant are many Layden jars or Tesla types assymetric capacitors.
