  Earth's planetary Vortex field extends to about where the moon orbits around the planet.  Just how far out away from the planet light can extend or is produced is the question, but it does not extend out to or come from the Sun. Sunlight should be called Earthlight, as it is produced here. If, there is light or heat in DEEP SPACE, past the light field that surrounds the planet on the side that is facing the Sun, then that needs some proof, as well.
  How would you keep the solar panels, which provide for the power support systems from melting, or at least becoming non functional, as they are facing the Sun.  Answer: cover them with space blankets. 
  In any case,  it's outer space between the Earth and Sun, and away from our planetary light field and it's related heat production, that I am referring to.

You will note that at the present time the STEREO solar observation satellites are on the OTHER SIDE OF THE SUN from the Earth.

You will also note that the latest images from these satellites show plenty of light and heat coming from the Sun, detected at the current position of the satellites.

However, the satellites are having difficulty transmitting data back to Earth at present because of the FACT that the Sun is heating up their antenna horns at this orientation.

But the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) satellite is still doing amazing captures of data from the Sun, in VISIBLE LIGHT as well as many other wavebands.

And... by the way.... just in passing..... the MOON reflects plenty of light that it receives from the Sun back to the Earth, especially when full. And every planet, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, even little old Pluto... are only seen because they REFLECT SUNLIGHT from the Sun back to the Earth. How can they do this if there is "no sunlight in deep space"?  There is plenty of proof that your assertion is false, but of course you ignore it all.

   Having some of boards made, possibly even from Oleg himself, is not something that is out of the question. At least it's the question that I'm planting now. I asked T-1000 for some help with this, but he has not answered.
   As far as I'm concerned, it may be better to think of how these boards could be obtained, than to try to make what Ruslan has shown, even in his latest videos. Which is not really a circuit that I'd like to try (or Ruslan) to build myself. Actually they look simple enough to build, but, getting them to work may be another thing.  However, that's still an option, to build it, and see what happens.

The first step is specifying what you want someone to build for you. I'm sure there are people on this forum, including myself, quite capable of knocking-up a PCB or two for you at a price, assuming you have a specification. However, it won't rest there because you will inevitably need to produce variations / new designs and that will involve a lot more production costs, so really its a no-brainer that developing your own skills to design and build boards is both the cheapest and sensible way forward. Getting an electronic circuit to work requires a good understanding of how it should work and without that knowledge you are up the creek without a paddle!

Yes Nick, Hoppy is correct.

May I suggest DipTrace for starters.  You can build two layer boards 'til the cows come home and it's free.  Once you have something you're proud of, export the Gerber and NC drill filles, zip them up, send them to PCBway and in a couple of weeks, you'll have boards, just the way you want them.  There's a relatively short learning curve involved, but once you're past it, you'll have a skill you can use for many years.

    There already are schematics available, and working PCB that were made by Oleg, showing their circuit design, which can possibly be used for making up some replications of those circuits. Although we don't really know if the schematics are correct, or not.
So, it's a tough call, at this time, as these driver boards are also going through changes and improvement, and are not a done deal.

    However, if we can convince Ruslan, or Oleg to allow his drivers to be disclosed to us, fully, we may have a chance at this.
Especially if one of us is a representative of OU.com, or at least of this thread and it's members.
    I don't speak Russian, or I would get a hold of Ruslan, or Oleg, myself.

   
   Guys,  If satellites are able to use their solar panels, far away from planetary influences and their surrounding light fields, that fact is worth knowing. As I don't think that it's possible, while out in deep space. Only when within the relatively narrow band of light that surround the planet, on the side that is facing the Sun. The back side of the Earth not facing the Sun, is the actual temperature of space, along with the lumin levels of deep space, providing no light and no heat.

  While we discuss how to replicate these circuits, a 3kw generator is already being shown.

   Could something like this really be what is being used in satellites, instead of solar panels, that don't work well at high temps.
Do you think that all the secret underground bases, and even one at the south pole don't know anything about this type of technology, and much more.
