..just trying to clear up some unknowns, as it is these types of unknowns that are inhibiting the further development, for at least for those who feel that they are being tricked. 

Without actual scope shots showing what is happening in your test setup I can't differ much if your setup is actually set to required parameters. To clear up unknowns you have to run everything at least in same mode for frequencies match between grenade coil, Tesla coil and induction heater LC resonance with clear signals without distortion. When that does not work then there will be something to show for a proof when comparing to mode of operation in Ruslan circuits. Only then it is worth chasing Ruslan for help which can get more chances to get his attention over what is still missing...

If someone is telling you how it is all done as if it is all well established facts, but they can't demonstrate a
single thing to back up what they are saying, then they are more likely than not just blowing hot air.
We have had so many experts here telling us all that if we would only listen to them that we would have it all working,
but where are all these expert's tests backing up these ever changing 'facts' about the secrets of the Akula/Ruslan device?

I think I have reached my random chaos tolerance level for the next little while at least.
I have a few different ideas I have been putting to the test to see if I can figure out even
some small part of this stuff. I find it is a lot easier for me to try to make simple test setups that test one
particular basic idea at a time, rather than playing the guessing game with untested and very iffy statements and
more complicated circuit diagrams coming from all over, some circuit diagrams which may have been drawn by a chimpanzee
sitting in front of a computer for all we know.

  However, if the Kacher frequency can not or will not aline and sync with the grenade's inductor coil, and no positive results in increased output are noticed at the bulbs. What to do...?   
That's where some of us are stuck at now.

For one, you do not sync the Kacher with the grenade.  You tune the induction coil for the frequency you want to run at.  Then you tune the grenade, only with capacitor changes -- the running frequency is already locked by tuning the induction heater coil.  Lastly, you tune the Tesla coil to run 100 times the frequency you established in step one.  The Tesla coil is the transmitter, not the receiver.

So how do you tune the Kacher or instead run it from a signal generator?  Just like this:

◾You need to accurately tune the frequency for the arcs to come out. But every coil has its own resonance frequency. To find what it is, make the simple Slayer Exciter circuit. When your coil works well with the exciter, probe the base of the transistor with a scope and measure the frequency and voila! you know the resonance frequency.

Ruslan said this device is simple to get working.  Stick with simple and try to follow these steps.  It's not rocket science.

Lets knockoff the BS about special capacitors, special light bulbs and such.  If Ruslan's device is the real-deal, a couple of weeks and you'll be walking in his footsteps.  And Nick, until you have your scope on the bench running, so you can really see what you're doing, hold back the speculation.  The scope will tell you more about this device than you can ever guess.  Oh, one other thing...  Get a pair of decent current sense transformers and put one on the induction heater coil and the other on the grenade coil.  These will make life much easier to see what's going on.  I also highly recommend dumping the push-pull circuit and just drive the toroid transformer with an audio amp and sine wave signal generator.

Been researching and learning alot from Ruslan/Akula/Oleg schematics
and let me tell you all something, you need some basic radio engineering skills to understand
for what is going on, otherwise the mind cannot comprehend.
I think the freqeuncy settings will be different for all.
just work with what you find and follow resonance.
TL494 circuits tunable are needed here or other IC pulsing circuits.
