   Great to see you back, and that you've decided to continue on. 
   I thought that I could bring you out of the shadows. Ha!

   It so happens that I'm about in the same boat, now. I'm connecting my flyback core, full bridge, and filter cap as my feed-back circuit, and have just now connected it to the input, directly. So, far so good. But, now I need to be able to further tune my Kacher to syncronize with the three turns coil/grenade inductor, and 0.47uf tuning cap LC circuit, so that it actually adds to the output.
  Yes, it's been difficult to do without a scope, but that will soon come, and I'm not sitting on my hands until then.

   I'll upload a video in a day or two, when I have more results of my current tests.
   I also need to obtain some of those red 2000v 0.47uf WIMA caps, and those big wattage bulbs like you have. So, we can really see an effect. As I think that these caps do have a lot to do with it. As the 275v 0.47uf tuning caps like we are still using are just filtering out too much of the HV being superpositioned on top of the magnetic current. The spark that is noticed when Ruslan is shorting out these red caps with a screwdriver is big, noisy, and  powerful.

Year ago I made that. it has the same resonance principle.
I wish to have time to work a little bi more on that, adding high voltage pulses and so one.

Just to clarify, there is no way to make this work without right type of capacitors.
