It has to do with power looping inside of system so you recover radiated power back to the input and cover only losses from the power supply when everything is running in resonance.
One thing to mention about that video - if there would be 3 receiver coils around transmitter coil not one and the output is rectified and sent back to the input from power supply(instead of looping on additional primary coil directly on Tesla) things will happen...

And the higher frequencies that he can attained, may not be obtained when using lower voltages, like 12v.  1.5mhz is his tuned, grounded, kacher's running frequency, to resonate with 15khz magnetic induction current. But, your running frequencies will be different. Notice how Ruslan dropped his magnetic induction frequency by almost 1/2 compared to how he had it previously. 
So, there may be no magic Earth resonant frequency harmonics to tune to. Or maybe there is...

   I think that a Kacher with a fluffy high voltage output, is not going to cut it here. And it also need some amount of current to go along with that voltage. Like 2 to 4 amps, at 24v, be able reach the right frequency, with the proper impulse power. Or like Itsu noticed, he could get there, with his set up.

   What you've mentioned is only in theory. As I don't believe that anyone has made a self running Kacher circuit.
No matter how many collector coils are placed. As each additional receiving coil will draw more power from the input source, or from the first Tesla coil. And are not there collecting it for free, and adding more coils only drops the shared output power, and does not increase the total output, as he says.
   Nor will a device such as the one shown be able to transmit to other coils all over the room or house. Only a few inches away, as shown, so that device is not of much use, as far as I'm concerned, as proof of concept.

   The V.2 is a 24 amp output unit, the V.2.1 is a 9 amp unit. Either can run up to 1.5mhz.

   Grum mentioned in a PM to me that he has a friend that either works for those guys, or is an owner.
Custom boards are 25 pounds more. Grum was going to ask them about building a push-pull design, as well.
But, I guess that he forgot to.

On the contrary, I did speak to Richard, the owner, regarding a push pull drive. I just forgot to reply to you, sorry.

There might be something in the pipeline but the term customise actually relates to the product in question not a completely new device!!

   Thanks for the reply. Yes, I didn't expect that a new board design would cost so little. But, my question for now is IF the existing boards that they offer can be made to work on the yoke/grenade circuit, as the magnetic induction circuit driver, instead of a push pull. As they aren't push-pull topologies to began with.
   And, if a push-pull oscillator can be made, with PWM, frequency controller, and PLL, as well.
   If so, How much?
   Or would they even be able to replicate the newest of the Ruslan drivers, (all in one box), including the Kacher circuit. And what that would cost?  At least to have some idea, and to consider some of the options.
   As so far, no one has contacted Oleg about doing the same, for us.
