I really like that video serial of that guy. I have downloaded them all. I watch them several times as I am not fluent Russian speaking. I do not want to miss some important information.  In the  first video above there is something what makes me now to think. @10:05 he speaks about non standard effect physics doesn't speak about when you have 2 out off phase magnetic fields in your coils.    And why is that?  Last week I watched some guy showing bucking coils holding non damped resonance after disconnecting its power supply!!   I can't find that video. Not in my "Favorits, not in my "history"  Must check if I have that video downloaded in my different computer. But anyway , it is very interesting.

Pay big attention to his hand drawing- All system works on  basic LC resonant principles and synchronization.

Seems like he is saying that THE MAGIC happens when an ordinary parallel LC circuit is stimulated by an E-field from a remote Tesla Coil (¼ λ resonance).

I don't know if I understood him correctly that the amplitude variation of the electric field must be synchronized in phase with the current oscillations in the LC circuit ...or was it 90º out of phase ?
