  I built enough pcb of all types to fill my house and your house up to the roof, but, I still don't know how to make this little simple device self run. But, I will give it every effort that I can,  against all odds.

  Maybe it's just that you think that you know how it works, and so it seams so simple.  But, you've never built it.
  We've heard all the theories, but not one working replication. Yet...

I was about circuits themselves and you are talking about fundamental principles. Ok, fair enough with a bit of misunderstanding.
To straighten things up - the fundamentals Ruslan laid out in his videos are going hand to hand with what I was doing back in Lithuania on 2011 with Caduceus coil and Yoke device which showed what I was looking for. And even there is no replica of Ruslan device on my table yet it does not mean I cannot have it one day
So it is up to you to decide the importance of information I already shared over 4 years.

  Excuse me T-1000, but you've NEVER ever shown a self runner.  Nor did you or anyone else ever replicated that device later on, which needed not one but two signal generators feeding it power just to make it work.

  Hoppy: That was a bit of an overstatement. Maybe, only enough to fill my house to the roof. However, still many many thousands of boards went through my hands one way or another.  As I worked over 12 years or so in the assembly of many different kinds of PCB, soldering, inspecting, quality control, using military specs, and the like, etz...  But, mainly in the electronics assembly field, not as an engineer that designs all the circuits.  So, therefore my lack in that field, as well as in the use of scopes, signal gen, etz... as that was not my job.  But, it's not too late to learn about the use of those test instruments, now, I hope.

Well, we have the diagram breaker to the transformer on the negative line, well, not the usual light a neon. and what about the radiant? it's not a great comfort useful energy 
instead of the transformer is the same as Kacher.
we need much more detail than a simple layout
