People over the years have hoodwinked his work,and portrayed it as something it never was,nor was claimed by Tesla.

Tesla never made claim to any overunity device. His work in that field was to use energy provided by nature to enhance his system's only-!NO! overunity claims made by Tesla-!EVER!.

Exacltly Tesla was a great inventor but never claimed overunity.
He would turn in his grave if he could read the stories told over here!

Hello everyone,
I've seen the recent comments and thought it is a good time to come into the discussion. First of all I want to say special thanks to the Lithuania Group (Wesly, Arunas, Gintas, and Antanas for great documentation) and all the other active members. My English is not the best, sorry for incorrect wording. I am following Lithuania Experiment since 2013. It takes a lot of time for me, because my English knowledge was so bad. I understand absolutely nothing, at the beginning. Hundreds of hours of reading all this 681 Pages (and other post with 1464) as non-member and a lot of replications, helps me to go deeper and deeper to a point where I realize, there is a small chance to get success, if I following me heart and this was equal to Lithuania Experiment and guys from this group.
Here some impressions, hope it helps for motivation. This project is real and I am pretty sure, you are successful, if you follow this steps and don't give up..

Picture 1: some Caduceus Coils with regular Pickup coils (tesla bifilar/bucking coil)
Picture 2: Trumpet waveform!! 5 Seconds after I reached trumpet, me first function generator blows away . You need to have standing wave (match natural resonant frequency) in 100% correct winded Caduceus Coil. This is not so easy, but possible. Pickup-Coil must exactly positioned. Same results as shown in Weslys Videos: no significant response, when I shorten the leads of the pickup coil. That's a indication for me, that we dealing no longer with BackEMF.
At the moment I have some problems with input power consumption, hope Wesly or T-1000 have some idea how I can solve this problem, but this is not the reason for this comment.

After reaching standing wave the bubble of effect is created. In our case it was about 5 meters in diameter where all electronics gone nuts. This is expected behavior and exact same behavior as N. Tesla described with inducing electricity in every metal affected within area of effect.
For the energy consumption you have to make paralel resonance on the pirmary in flyback transformer. With resonant condition it stopped consuming current.
One thing to note there is - the secondary coil in flyback contained two coil sets, both capacitively coupled without direct galvanic connection. The Tesla third coil concept fits in that place.
The output of flyback transformer was attached in this way:
1) the "hot" end gone over Avramenko plug to Caduceus coil which had capacitor to charge and spark gap for discharging it into Caduceus coil. The Caduceous coil also had parallel capacitor for LC circuit.
2) the "cold" end gone to D.Smith style secondary coil center tap. There was also ground wire attached.
The output of the one secondary coil gone over diode to charge capacitor and discharge over spark gap to 100W bulb. The output of the second leg was not used in direct circuit and was like antenna.

The big coil from flyback point of view was just the inductive capacitor open circuit. So any dead shorts on the big secondary coil did not affect power consumption in flyback transformer.

thank you for your Feedback. Ups sorry for commenting on Dally Topic. Yes I think I understanding, how it should be tuned, but need only 2-3 small information, to get it to run (hope so ).My flyback in resonance (sinus on output) has only two primary (for flip flop) and one secondary, i will change that. That was one point, that I cannot figure out before. It is the rest of two years of research your project. I will post it later in separate Topic.

Of course I don't know how to achieve self-running and you are not helping very much.  Your Lithuanian experiment is not publicly documented sufficiently enough in terms of full power supply details, interconnections of test apparatus, earthing etc, to make a value judgement as to whether you may have had a genuine power amplification. Where are your power measurements and energy in v out? Please supply all this DUT setup information and data for scrutiny. I'm sure Tinsel would also like to see this.

No need to be  proven as it proves  by itself.
-In Lithuania Experiment two identical  generators  (of known parameters made in USA) ,
of maximum power consumption from the grid 5W x2  generators=10W


-The  power output from  BNC connector of each one  generator OUT port= max 1W at 50 ohm ( factory spec)


- the estimated but not measured power delivered  to coil from  each of generators is less than 1W because of _{impedance mismatch}*.
and was in region of few mW.


-the maximum halogen light bulb I have witnessed was 600W full brilliance.
- the maximum  halogen light bulb achieved but I  did not see  it  personally 1kW. (I was tired and fall asleep)

impedance match - when you have output of generator at 50 ohm it must be connected to load  that has 50 ohm impedance as well.Than you have 100% of power transfer.
if not, than you have impedance mismatch and loss  of power (e.g to heat.)</sub>

The device produced harmful radiation  that was not qualified or specified nor there was any knowledge of its presence during the experiment.
However from the time when Aidas Arunas  Wesley  have  made 1st experiment  to the time of  Wesley's arrival to (  Lithuania experiment)
Aidas complained of headaches and hair loss.
That was very  short   period,  max 2 weeks. If severe hair loss was  reported that it must of be  very powerful reason for it.
That factor was disregarded  and omitted.
I testify that it was more worry about my   travel expenses and time spend in the  airplane  than about side effects when Aidas  at very beginning  jump out
from the device   and said

I was hit in the  head.

I step up and placed my head   very close to yoke for more than 10 seconds.
saying:

it is your imagination Aidas

All the people there reported  (when privately  approached) that they  just  suffering the same effects. (6 people)
For that I paid with  2.5 weeks of pain  in my right side of the  head( even though that I placed left side  of my head into  yoke)
That pain started approximately 25 minutes after  the exposure ,it first started at forehead and than went to the back of the head.


After that 
I have had a visit from very wealthy family member, very powerful  as well,  and   100 mil E. offer that was redirected by me and Arunas to TK ,
As TK was first entitled to reward.
That drunk blow it  shamefully , placing me in very uncomfortable position.


Bottom line is that.
No way 600W lightbulb can  give light powered  from few  mW.
