From what i can gather is the electrons in the devices environment have to be excited and charged by the device from the back ground hence the HF inverter and very high voltage need generating some how , it then been accelerated, the trick is then collecting the energy and converting it to useful usable energy, i would then guess you would need to collect the peeks for this task and process them. doing that isn't free it has a price and cost involved. ,

Have you a pointer to Ruslans comments please as i can't appear to find it, all i fond was AGray's device, and i think he needs to limit the maximum current by limiting the current in the shorted turns on the torrid, also have you any info on Ruslans new coil wind please ?

Hi Nick,

i don't think so, as the kacher frequency is being determined by the secondary coil.
You can not use a PWM to manipulate it, only by adding / removing capacitance (like your hand), or adding/removing inductance by a ferrite rod inside the secondary coil.

Itsu on your device is the Katcher EHT coil the same frequency as the Grenade coil on your device and is it in phase with it in any way ? or is the Grenade faster or slower in frequency ?

the grenade has severall resonance ponts, the strongest being around 2650KHz.
I tuned my kacher to 1/2= 1325KHz and 1/3=  883Khz, so in both cases the Grenade resonance frequency was faster.
