Yeap, if we manage to figure this out, then find a way to use just a large plate for the ground, we'll be able to go get us those Tesla cars and remove the battery charge connector.  It would be fun to send Elon Musk an email stating his car now is completely OpenSource with a new improvement--unlimited range.  Just the way I'm sure Tesla would have wanted it.

Guys, I was watching a movie from Romanov (1.3 hours)  (  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lT3eqW6gcPk  )   He is speaking very clever , maybe too cleaver for me to understand him. He explains how he is ALWAYS getting more energy out of his system then he puts in.  In basic he use some kind of modulation of signal - in english something like a fragmentation of signal- in other word " Resonance in resonance"  - In fact the same or similar thing which is going on on Ruslan's device.  He explains the principles but it is a bit too heavy for me, maybe T1000 or somebody with native Russian language can explain it here in more detail? I am very interested to understand what he means at around 50' of his movie. How does he divide the signal by modulation.  I need to watch it several times (uuff)

This appears to be a common misconception, it seems. Placing your hand near coils such as the tesla coil or 'antenna' winding
and seeing the bulb get brighter doesn't at all necessarily mean anything unusual is going on. Your hand or arm can 
change the capacitance seen by coils and circuitry when placed near to them, thus altering impedances in the circuitry, and it should be no
surprise at all that the light bulbs might get brighter or dimmer when someone does this. From what I recall, URFA mentioned that the
input current draw to the generator circuitry increased when he saw the bulbs get brighter, so nothing unusual with that at all, 
as has already been pointed out here before. Even if the input current were to drop somewhat under such a condition, it still wouldn't
necessarily mean that something unusual was going on, as placing your hand near to a coil may just be improving impedance matches
in the circuitry somewhat, which may increase the efficiency somewhat, but this in no way necessarily implies anything about over unity.
It is possible to increase efficiency of the circuitry by proper tuning, but as long as the efficiency is still under 100% you still
don't have over unity...

I gather from the latest comments in this thread that no one has yet been able to produce a self runner using Ruslan's
constantly changing 'instructions' as of yet? Has Ruslan provided any new info recently that anyone has been able to
put into actual good use?
