  Romanov may sound like he knows what he's doing, but he has never produced, at least has never shown a self running device.
Explaining what he has never done is easy. But where is his device that can run itself? 
  The closest thing to a two Tesla coils type of circuit (Transmiter/Receiver), is what Akula showed self running. I believe that it was the device known as the self runner #3.  But, showing no advantages over his previous video device #2.  Which was the grenade/yoke set up, which is similar to what Ruslan replicated, and to what some of us are working on now.

Hi Void, Nick -, Yep, if I good remember he was showing an year ago two conical tesla coils and getting  "more" out than in?  Anyway, the main thing is what he says about the "right" modulation -Something similar what is going on on Ruslan's device, and may be this is why Ruslan has his video on his YouTube   Just a thought.

I am not sure about current out o AD9850 but with respect to specs the propagation delay on 15pf load is around 6ns and the rise/fall 3 ns. If I want a dead time ,the capacitance+ resistance on gate  would to a trick too-or not?  Or I can still connect only one output  trough the frequency divider (divide by 4 - and  take just a 1st and 3rd as it works on my old push-pull) and use the second one with the hex inverter as a trigger for Tesla(plus some adjustable buffer for fine tuning) ? All will get nicely synched than?

No, because the capacitance+resistance delays not only the turn-ON but also the turn-OFF.

Yes, such digital pulse sequencer will work but the dead-time will not be finely adjustable.
