someone checks the credibility of the person who claims that the device is working in a hostel?
claims that the particles of the ground load on the oxide-coated copper tube!
Another problem is a set of ferrite rings that are charged and acted as a filter he calls particles and interestingly
-Coil which has no resonance but gives tension!
-HV modulated then goes to the primary coil!
-L2 Modulation coil (probably as the aforementioned "mediator")
-L3 output coil!
-L1 accumulate electrons (which link both coils)
These partial sparks that we see,this is most likely alternating current!
coil supports resonance?

Hi Tometech29. I think Fabrice Andre has not showed a self running device, and it is hard to tell
with what little he did show whether he has anything worth considering or not. I have not seen
anything further from him for several years now.

Hoppy, if a.king21 had said the group inspected the ground wire and saw hidden wires, would you then take that as
proof of Kapanadze's devices being fake, or would you still say you would need to see the actual video evidence of
those hidden wires before you would accept that Kapanadaze's devices were fake? This should work both ways.
I think we all know you would not be asking for video evidence if that had been the case, You would be declaring Kapanadze
an absolute fake, as you already pretty much are just based on pure speculation alone.

Void: If I relied purely on verbal statements as proof of claim authenticity, I would surely be declaring Kapanadze and other self-runner claimants as genuine, as do some others on this forum!  Why should I automatically accept at face value, any so called (accredited??) test & inspection team's statements backed-up with no evidence whatsoever, to support the clients claim. I would expect both before I even begin to take any claim seriously.

This forum survives on discussion based primarily on speculation, so lets not knock-it.    Over & out.

It is interesting to see how talks shifted quickly from the build to x-wires and speculation.
Did anyone here ever tried to find current resonance in grenade output (not P-P voltage) where there is not much of voltage but the current oscillation on almost shorted coil goes almost chaotic to the high frequency? This is a resonant spot akula and Ruslan was talking about and this is where you inject electrostatic pulse to amplify output...

Hi Hoppy. For certain no one reasonable expects you or anyone else to accept anything at face value,
and clearly that is not what I have been saying. I certainly don't accept anything at face value in this regard.
The bottom line is speculation is not evidence of anything. You can continue to speculate about such matters
all you like, but it really doesn't help anything except possibly to make you feel more comfortable with what you
believe.
