Even the coil setup, system configuration and sync method will be described.

Hi Guys,

As i yesterday mentioned  hereby attached the first version of a "Project" document.

Final goal of this document must be that we keep going on the right track, by getting continously overview in what we are doing,.. having done, what results and what not has to be done,...what will result in a as_buit system on paper.  (Only milestones and critical aspects,....discussion and follow up experiments wil be posted as usual)
My profession is QA management, validation etc. thats why i come to this point. 

Also what Dog1 explain yesterday is totally right:
" I wish I knew a way to simplify things down to the bare concepts we could test and validate.  There must be some engineering tricks that can be deployed to allow us to
keep the critical physical aspects accurate and repeatable."


But before i start with further filling the document, i'd like to have a kind of discussion with the " Co_owners",..  (i'm only proposing a way of work and therefore wants commitment about "what" from the participants.)
Think about this proposal and lets starts this discussion in PM about how to proceed so we can decide how and who wants to partiicipates.

This is where it requires direct communication in Teamspeak/Skype/etc as a team. I understand you would like to bring order to chaos but forum-only communications makes that much harder.
Also some of guys are already on Skype but few  of them are shy to engage direct communications. So here is situation

Skyping is not what i was thinking about,... it must take less time of all of us.
As we now are performing in the forum is "OK"...  i think in the way Itsu is reporting,.... it must be enough.
Also the way you guys are anticipating on that information in the forum is well enough...
The only thing is that we must agree in conclusions in such a way that i know i can put it in the document.
The document must not replace the forum,...  only highlights and crucial results,...working methods etc.
Discussion as we already do belongs on the forum.

To me it is not enough. A lot of misunderstandings happen on that way as well. The best case is just 10 minutes live chat than tens of posts in forum which do not transfer meaning of the concepts/etc.
And you can always reach by Skype when needed. There are also active people pursuing Kapanadze style replication on own benches.

Ok clear,... for me its also no problem to skype.
Lets wait and hear what other members think about it.
