can feel warmth, but the moment connect kacher and effect in play. in about 5-10Seconds, super hot and Red iron

  Yes, we don't know if there is actually any energy amplification going on, or just much a higher draw from the source.

   I bought some new zener diodes, the 5 to 6 volt type. I placed them face to face on the Kacher transistor along with the 1.5k resistor, and my Kacher does work now. Where as before when I placed 12v zeners on the driver transistor instead, it wouldn't work.
  Now, I need to finish the breadboard Kacher driver using the brand new 2SC5200 transistor, to see if there is an more gain with it.
