Thanks for the Files and pics , this reminds me of something I did a while ago on bench with the B. kacher  Tesla coil,
having two plates isolated from each other with just air and the antenna coil between them.
It shows us which plate is more likely  attracted to (-) ground and other plate to (+).

But on Pic seems to be something to be worth  to the test!
Bifilar windings, one coil outside the aluminium foil + Dialectric  and other coil inside.
This of course pulsed. Could be tested with Spark Gap circuit  to see what I can produce.
