  I'm not being negative, I'm being truthful, unlike what we are having to deal with some of these devices.
  My device is also on the bench, but, I've run out of new ideas to make it work. Which is why I may sound negative.
Also that after all the posts here and on the TK thread without a single working device after all these years, it's hard to be positive.
  Like I said I'm waiting for some parts, as I'm not done with this yet.

   I'm willing to make the Poma set up, also. If more info is provided, such as like with the sumator, or any other as yet unknowns.

Your call, it has even less information for what needs to be done for successful replication. Just all those devices share same type of modus operandi which is not understood by all people who are trying to replicate. And this is where I am working on to find out at least on my bench as the rest is just the cosmetic look of the final devices.

Edit: There are two things what I was told about mode of operation where the output power is being created in Kapanadze style devices - the charge of grenade coil with electrons and positrons and the magnetic field movement created by external high voltage electric field shock-waves. Both are not easy to prove or deny on the bench...

   Yes, not much information, but we can see what we can see on Poma's videos, at least.  It's what we can't see that is the secret in his self runner.  Or on his first device that he had shown on YT,  like in the diagram below. Would be good to make new diagram or a more exact schematic. This is one device that could be said "too good to be true".  And that's why it needs to be replicated and confirmed.
   I'm into it for the research and development, and will continue to look for the illusive "effect",  where ever it may be found.

  We are already aware that his device could be a fake, with no guarantee.
   
  WE need to know if his device is for real, first.  Not all the other stuff about Russians and their problems or attitudes.

At the end even those who survived temperature , flame and smoke  ..... have been killed by collapse of the building
that was NO WAY TO COLLAPSE by itself , any possible way , unless someone helped it to collapse despite the casualties.
However casualties in that terror time have been used as the Congress convincing factor to go to the war with Iraq.
