  So, Nelson... You've been buzy with another new driver and video that you're not telling us about? Or did I miss it?
   It's hard to know just what you're doing in this video (below), without giving any explanation. But, I see that your new driver can go from 8kV to 12KV depending on the input provided. Nice!

Back to the grenade......to the basic design (to understand the functionality)
The amount of turnings are fixed. 1: 1/2 : 1/4,... there seems to be a relation with the length of the standing wave?
L1&L2 take each 50% of the period 0 -180°
L3&L4 take each 50% of the period 180 - 300°
L5&L6 take each 50% of the period 300 - 360°

All the parts of the standing waves are positioned on each other....electric field in this case...(correct me if i am wrong)
This results in maximum amplitude at the node.
But what i see if you calculate the wire length of each winding in relation to the mentioned wave sections then this won't match.
To obtain a grenade wound on a 50mm pvc pipe with 2.5mm2 wire (diameter 3mm including insulation) having the correct accumulation of the seperate waves the following coil configuration is preferable.
Total length of wire...37meter
L1,L2......54 windings
L3,L4......29 windings
L5,L6......12 windings
Starting wire 16.8cm at the start of L1 and ending with 9.7cm at the end of L6.

If my observation makes sense i can attach the exel calculations.

  As you may know Ruslan has two different ways to wind the grenade coils.
One way is 37.5 meters long for the grenades' output coil, and 18.75 meters long for the grenade's inductor coil.
And the other way is 40 meters, and 10 meters long.  So which of the two ways are you interested in replicating?
 
   I suggest using the sink drain pipe that Ruslan used, instead of the 50mm pvc pipe. As the sink drain pipe is what was used as the original former tube, for the 37.5 meter long set up. Which is about 1 1/8 inch wide, and not 1 1/4 inch wide, as is the 50mm pipe. Small difference in size, but after 168 turns it can make a difference at the nodes of the windings.
The LC capacitor(s), as well as the TL494 circuit should theoretically be able to tune for the proper sync, between the two tank circuits, or at least that's what is supposed to happens.
   None of us here have gotten to the point of actually seeing any OU nor self runner, as yet. But, there is hope that it will happen.
   
   The more I study and replicate Ruslan's set up (in my own way), the more I'm convinced that what he has shown, explained, and drawn out in his diagrams, is mostly all true. Yet not one person in the whole world has actually really replicated his device, exactly and to the T, to see and confirm the same results. However more and more new and different versions of Ruslan's devices are being experimented on. So, hopefully it's not all just a pipe dream.
