Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

  AG:
Good to see someone else working on all this now. Nice job! Is that your home made TL494 board under your fets?

Yes, those IN5408 diodes can't handle even two amps and less than 1000v without overheating, due to the higher frequency.
But, I only have two UF306 diodes, and they get hot also, when using them in parallel like Ruslan had shown previously.
Any way, see if you can get some of the MUR460, like Itsu was using. They should possibly provide for better output, also.
But, it's strange that Jed used the IN5408 and they didn't heat up on his set up.

What I would suggest to any new comers is to make the Kacher/grenade coils first, and get that working, using just the Kacher circuit to see the output at the 168 turns coil.
To wind the grenade coils, cut a stranded 2.5mm insulated house construction wire 37.5, or 40m long, bend it in half, mark that spot, and bend that in half, mark that spot,  bend it in half again marking it again with some tape.
Then wind both the first two layers of 48 turns or so, on the grenade former, winding it until your first mark, 1/2 of 40m should be 20m mark of the tape.
Then do the other 2 sets of 24t windings in a similar way, or reversed direction, (it's up to you).
And then do the 12, 12 turns to the end of the wire.
The turns count don't matter, they can be 48t, or 52turns, but both layers should be about the same amount of turns.  Use sink drain pipe, instead of PVC pipe, if you can.
I don't know if I explained it well, but I think that you'll get the idea.
There are some good videos explaining how to wind the grenade coils. And maybe Geo can also explain which of the 3 grenade winding methods that he used, worked best for him.

Oke Nick.
Thats a good approach

i have prepared 2 output coil based on 37.5 meter. Only i used solid wire 2.5mm2
Inductor coil i have one prepared based on 18.75m (also 2.5mm2 solid)
Due there is no clarification about 18.75 or 9.375m i will try both.
Inductor windin ccw or cw?....i can't find this information
So i will first do some tuning to see on the scope wich frequenty the katcher has to be set..
Katcher is resonating on 2.5Mhz max...
Next is to make the push pull driver...
For tuning i follow the instructions as Ruslan has explained...
For antenna and some other issues i have some different ideas....based on some vids i have seen lately....EH antenna ..
I wil come to that later on.

First things first.

Maybe just leave a tap point on the inductor at 9.4m, instead of changing the longer 18.75 meter coil to the shorter one.
And try both points, to see which one gives you better performance. it's easier and quicker than changing the whole inductor coil.

Solid wire may work as well, but it needs to have the insolation or insulation layer on it also.

First results

By putting rectangle wave on inductor it came out that the output coil has a maximum amplitude at 1.245Mhz.
By the way best results with inductor on 1/4 length (9.375m)
Then the difficult part .....getting 1.245Mhz out of the tesla coil.
From tesla top...... ferrite with two coils in serie....3 turns (and later 5) cw and ccw ..followed by 3 windings 8mm copper as antenna placed over the remaining place of the output coil.
Output coil connected on bridge rectifier (4 times Rurp3060) and capacitor 1000uf electrolite.
Bulp 230v/ 25Watt connected
Inductor in place but not connected.
I try different tesla coil setups..... but because the tesla configuration with almost 1.245Mhz gave less results...30 volts and poor bulp brightness.
Most powerfull was at 387 Khz with a larger tesla coil (output voltage grenade 120volts and direct light effect.
But no hot diodes either.
I guess by adjusting tesla coils (bringing down the number of turns in case of increasing the frequenty) has negative effect on output voltage.
I will try to make a coil wich will reach the 1.245Mhz with high output voltage.
Any suggestions?

It would be good to show a picture of your set up. Your description is not quite clear to me.
And, yes, the higher the frequency of the Kacher, you'll start to lose the output. But, finding the best working frequency, is not easy. Normally the Tesla coil will run from about 500kHz, to 2mHz, with the ferrite rod in place with 5 and 4 turns (reversed) on it, and 6 turns of thicker 6mm wire (or copper pipe) as the antenna coil. This will all depend on how long the secondary coil is.
If your not using the recommended transistor, on the Kacher circuit (2SC5200), you won't get very good result. Also if you don't have a proper 37.5 meter earth ground, you won't see the best output from either of the Kacher or induction circuits.
Two fingers should be able to reach under the antenna, between it and the inductor. So, the antenna coil with 6 turns on it, should be at least 1/2 to 3/4 inch or so away from the inductor.

There are many variables, so try to keep to the recommended turns count on the Kacher primary and secondary. Not too long on the secondary, as the main purpose is to sync with the grenade, not to light the bulb. But, you should obtain a minimum of 3mm streamer, from the Kacher's output. As a real weak streamer, like 1 or 2mm, or no streamer just a weak spark, may not be strong enough to do what it has to do.
So, get your Kacher circuit working right first, connected to a 24v, 10 to 15 amp power supply.  You should be able obtain a 1/2 inch streamer, or so.  But, I also placed ferrite inside of the former tube, as I showed in my last couple of videos.

You might want to order one of these new 15 amp, higher frequency rectifier boards.
