Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

verpies it is easy to give advices but it is hard to make self-runner
I am not giving advice here how to construct a self-runner.
I am giving advice on general experimenting principles and I'm comparing the chances of success with measurements and without them.

Hi Verpies :)

I made Stalker's circuit for making a mosfet switch in combination with my frequency generator. I built this lm338 regulator circuit for providing enough current to switch at MHz range. I used the schema as this is shown at its PDF datasheet. My question is why 338 works at high temperature even If i haven't any load attached to 4011? Is it because of the voltage divider (120Ω - 1000 Ω) between its output and adjustment pin? Any other possible reason?

Thanks in advance

Dear Conico, i think you overdid it and your resistance will go off very quickly. ;)

Hi Nick. Honestly, I would really be very happy to see your device selfrunning even with out any measurements at all. Wish you the best, as you deserve it after all these efforts of yours.. ;)
I have 2W, 10 ohms resistor in snobber, no problem with them.
You can see in the picture, drain and gate  with 22nf cap, 10 ohms resistor 2W and uf4007. This picture is made when is serial resonance, caps and grenade coil when is at 32% duty cycle. If i do 45% duty cycle the spikes are bigger but no more then 80 Vpp ,there are not dangerous for mosfets.
At page 393 there is a scheme Ruslan 6 which i follow and the snobber was with 2.2nf, that destroy me the mosfets.
The kacher from this scheme did not work too. We must be careful wich scheme we look.

    Verpies:
Good to see you posting here again.
You mentioned: "A self-runner gives you a yes/no binary information whether you hit the OU target.
Measurements give you an analog information how close you got to the OU target".

The problem is not one of test gear, but not knowing where the "target" is to be found, so we stumble in the dark, even with all the proper test gear. And when you go where you think it is... "the OU target"    Knock, knock,  there's nobody home.

Did you get over your "technical difficulties", and can assist us by doing some hands-on tests, as well as with the ongoing  discussions?

You've messed up this thread. with those oversized images.
