Although he says there are no cap banks connected, that does not confirm that there is not an internal pre-charged high farad cap or caps, or even battery, sufficient to provide enough power to light the lamp for the short period shown.

By that statement, what i understand is that if you connect a load at the output which dissipates power at higher rates than what system uses to charge its capacitors, then system can not self sustain its own operation. The same happens if "interrupted" by a switch which stops the feeding back to the start. (Depleted or interupted...)

But again only Nelson is authorized to speak about his devices. If he has time i am sure he will clear it out.
