Thank you but there is  a need for  this small community to have access to original files.
You can send me email  by  overunity private message. However  you can publish these files as well.
I speak Russian very well and if the author wants to  send to you  original Russian file it would help a lot.

I've tried something like this before,  the idea was to use one voltage source to switch current from another source, to create  plasma "ion bridge" that would create an conducting path for current coming from another power (LV) source , (transistor like device?) but it did not work because only HV electrons from HV source jumped, LV electrons did not move trough plasma however I only used air as gas.
