1.how if you placed neodymium magnet instead of coin?
2. how if  Am241 is added next to the magnet?
3. how if  it is done  from both sides of the  ferrite  C shape halves?
with 1 coil on the assembly? testing it by changing polarity of magnets and changing magnets into magnets from different material.
4.  how if  it is done  from both sides of the  ferrite  C shape halves however you now add second coil shorted by  variable capacitor  or other means of step control over capacitance in the circuit.
4a.try to measure rate of change in that second coil by A meter in series and V meter across the capacitor.

  Again, there is NO ringing sound coming out of either Akulas or Ruslans self runners.
Forget about the bell, or ringing the bell, from their yoke/grenade devices.
Once the frequency is over 20kHz, you won't hear much ringing, at all. But, if there is still some ringing sound, it's not at the same running frequency, but at a harmonic of it, instead. This can be seen on a spectrum analyzer.
   The shape of the wave forms will also vary with different loads. Add more bulbs, and the wave form shape changes each time.
At least that's what I've seen on my device.
  Adding a magnet to the yoke core will alter the wave form, and any ringing as well. Like Tiger had shown years ago, and which I still use today.

Gasoline is explosive and dangerous it is up to the researcher to learn  safety of fire, water,  electricity  and other forms of energy.
Beta and alpha emitters  have been used  for century  in smoke detectors and they are legal  in most of the world

Nick you last sentence to get energy from the surrounding environment, you already have a device to do that in your Kitchen its called a fridge, look up Dennis Lee.
