nice find, i also did not see that video, but as i don't understand Russian, i have no idea what he is telling or showing in those last minutes of the video.
Could be any signal he is showing, even from a FG.

Well, there are 2 like i mentiond in a post to AG here:

So we effectively do not invert any signals, so no problem there.
My problem is that i (using the TC4093) cannot increase the duty cycle over the 44% supplied by the TL494 (only less), while others can (till 56% even) using the same circuit.

there seems to be many different kind of TL494 circuits out there. Bought 2 from ebay and both blew up without any apparent reason. My circuit had a trimmer, but it was not connected to anything (nice circuit copying wtf...). So could your duty cycle issue be just a missing trimmer or your trimmer has the wrong size? If I remember correctly you added a trimmer on the circuit yourself?

Belfior and Itsu yes you all quite right the circuit your talking about does use another gate to invert the signal again.

Mine uses a TL494 as yours with a variable R going into a cap then into my IR211 (no CD4093, the IR211) does it all with the RC input simple !

I'm working on the Katcher and it's circuit so it does what I want it to do.
