If by Geg you mean Jeg then yes of course i have tested it many times. But still not any "Eureka" moment. Personally i am convinced that Ruslan has never gave out the real secret behind his self running devices. We became masters in tuning but really there is not any chance of making it right under these direction lines. At that point all of his quotes have to be re examined thoroughly.

Hoppy some where on the net are a few vids of Donald Smiths i'm sure you have come across them by now, he used a neon Switch mode device
where it charges up a device (capacitor) to the peek value and then jumps the spark gap. I'm sure you have seen it.

Well my question to you can you with your Educational training please help us all out and work out the listed problems?
A/. it's value and
B/. it's charge time and
C/. proximate e charge voltage before discharge
D/. it's approximate discharge time, and
E/. the approximate jewels of energy dumped into the device winding it's driving.
Recon your up to it ?

0Thought so, since the negatively  partials are defused into the metal and cant move,
but the positively charged ones can how fast would one need to act in order to grab the voltage
before you started to incur current flow charges?
How could you get around this problem if you just wanted to charge a capacitor with static voltage ?

Early in the 60's there was some guy could run himself through with a sword,
various parts of his body chest included, it was on TV made a big thing about it, recond he had some
agreement with unseen entities till one day it stopped, there are many guys messing with this stuff
who have made names for them self, it's not magic, far from it, once they get what they want,
