Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

That's a DC- DC converter not a katcher controller!

If you look on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeEaKI1TZ3s part of his controler is on the right side of the board fed from the TL494 pins 9 and 10 and going on tho the next board (a bit complicated ).

Yes, and a bit confusing as well, as I don't understand Russian.
  Thanks.

It works. Right... other than throwing streams into the air? If it works, then why not show how it can self run a device. And not just waste energy, like is being shown. How fun it that...  two seconds worth... two minutes...

Hoppy

  Have a good trip Hoppy.

See you... later. Or you'll fall short of your 4000th post.

   Itsu:
I can at times get a stable signal, such as this one below. Is that the RF that you are talking about?

Second image is Stalker's controlable Kacher circuit. Can you tell if this is an "interuptor" circuit, or not.
