Maybe there is NO secret, just no actual and truly made working replications.

    While we discuss possible fakes, look what happened to Adrian. IF his devices were faked, his death would not have happened.
    He first showed a device that started with just 12v, then free running possibly KWs, using a simple katcher circuit to sync onto the induction circuits. So, don't ignore this simple proof of concept device. Especially now, that he's dead.
As, his devices, and his examples, still live on... I thank him for his sacrifice and bravery.
But, Where is his device, now? And who has it?

   As my induction circuit is very similar to Stalker's schematic, I've decided to try out his interuptor Kacher design.
   It uses three TC4093 BP Schmitt drivers chips, which I am going to try to get ordered as soon as possible.
 
   If these components are not available here, I'll then build the Kacher circuit that you've posted and build up yourself, instead.
IF those chips are available.

   What is still confusing to me, is that Stalker uses two boards to drive the Kacher mosfet. Why does he need so many components on the smaller Kacher board? What are they really doing? And, are they all needed? That part I don't understand.

From those three TC4093BP chips, 1 is used as buffer / delay between the TL494 signals and the push pull driver (lower part of your screenshot diagram).
I have tested this lower part for any delays in Oct 28 2017 when user "Soliman" turned up briefly on the thread showing his setup using these TC4093 chips:

I made 2 video's about my attempts to delay the TL494 signals but it did not work properly i think, see the followup on that link.


Anyway, the upper 2  TC4093 chips are used to create a burst of pulses (i think) to drive the Kacher MOSFET with, see the video from this screenshot.
You see that one of these 2 TC4093 chips will create a pulse which drives the next TC4093 creating blocks of pulses to feed to the Kacher MOSFET.

I am not sure about which "two boards" you are talking that Stalker uses to drive the Kacher MOSFET, you mean those boards in the 2th picture of your last post?
