   Ray:   Why are you asking us to do what can be done by you?   Maybe it's time you move on.
Or get a grasp as to what should be happening here. All explanations have already been given. Take your pick. Your choice.   
   My kacher is set up at a certain frequency to interact with the grenade coil and induction circuit. Not to be throwing stream into the air. So, it does not produce visible ionization at the end of the secondary coil, at this setting. Still, it can and will light a 100w bulb partially. That is why I suggested that you ask Geo to do the test for you, as his kacher is not tuned to a certain frequency, as yet I believe, and is connected to a 150v source, his 28t coil. And can produce 10.000v and long streams into the air.  I will not change my kacher setting for this test. Sorry.
