You are, It is correct, in the circuits that we use as push pull.
if the duty cycle is very close to zero the circuit will confuse it self,when kacher is on, and becomes the only output by the position of the duty cycle,(POT) and jumps to double the frequency.

I solved this problem by working with the kacher's line transformer.
like You know, that in this jump condition there is no interaction with the ground, but when I plugged in the new line transformer from the kacher, this disappeared. and now I have interaction with the earth. and now, I have good power, which I can control.

I think your line transformer is 30 uH (microH) and not 30 mH (miliH) as you said.

A 30 mH line transformer would be huge with 200-300 turns and a lot of wire.
