In my nanopulse circuit I use the diagram posted by Conico , instead of R4 of 100K pot, I used 200k as 100k was not available at the time I went to radio shack.

Surprisingly, I got 6mhz when I have not varied any pot.

Max, you must be talking about the circuit in green, that circuit was originally used by Akula in his porch light
there are also other versions if so it's just a pulse generator section position and width, you really need
to know what your doing and how it should work  it's best to build it on a bread board till you know what's what .

@ Aliengray ; it is actually the circuit in the green box that is the oscillator. I think I know a little about that Ic to be a "NOT GATE" .

You are right about building in a breadboard first to know how it works before the prototype board. I assumed it's going to work well. Am awaiting a scope.
Am suspecting R4&R5 on Ic1 to be for first stage of pulse width and positioning
