   Ok guys, I don't know about his Lenz thing, nor have I actually seen anything like a NO Lenz effect. So, I can't say anything about that.  But, I do know that when you connect a 8000v Hv HF input source, like I have (with one centimeter spark) to a big metal  plate, and expect it not to jump the small 3 or so mm gap, to another plate that's connected to the earth ground.  Guess what happens...   Yea, what? Just like r2 says. 
   But, what happens when it's just a 2000 or 3000v input source.  Nothing happens. It will not won't jump that same gap.
Nor will you get the long streamers on the other side. Period.

when i did tests it just used as much to produce it as it i got back,

There are more people in the Russian forum showing their experiences than here. Why isn't it here. I only see links to movies, drawings here for some time. My answer: you don't really need the FE as much as they do.
Nick and the others stand still because they no longer hope it's possible.
There are groups on Skype where people do more than talk. That's why some people moved to closed places because everyone expects progress and doesn't want to share with people who don't do anything and say "give me".
I don't waste time for such talks.
