Simple Tesla step up. Secondary HV high turns for field.
On top of that bifilar , more turns than primary but less than secondary HV.
Bifilar is not connected and does not provide lenz, opposition,  and still outputs.

There is no way that it can output anything connected lik that,
but it does, stronger than normal step up output.

Your saying words you can't use they have no meaning is all the HV pulse does is to transfer energy
from the one generator coil to the out put ( re Delomorto showed this phenomenon )you don't say
where it or how it gets there or comes from. or the correct protocol involved.

The other thin it is illegal in the UK and North America to tell or show any one how to generate free
or zero point energy. But in India told both country's to PISS OFF.
