"not need a very powerfull catcher" in my opinion does not mean that it is 1-2KV.Thanks for answer anyway.

Guys, I am not sure we can trust was Ruslan has said. He has faked his devices. Have you guys not seen the video on his workbench where he has a hidden wire? I do believe that Tariel's device was real, as Wesley has seen it running and examined it.
