I am friendly and sharing, to the point of any limitation, that might be not under my control.
There are a few problems responsible for a tension between you and me, however
from my side there is no need to create any tension.

what do you mean ?
When i was a school youth I was interested in radio and electronics, my step mother
worked at the grammar school most of the teachers, well one the French teacher
was actually french who had been in the french resistance after the war she married
an Ex RAF electronics development guy (a Jew), He was the best most helpfully
friend I ever had,. he thought me a lot, unfortunately he is no longer with us.

Yes this subject is very much interesting and controversial.We are human beings and we are like, all of us - we have a brains.
There is nothing special about any race, or gender apart from  organs function.
The difference of one group or nationality being more advanced is a system of rules they are functioning at.
Germans, are considered precise accurate but slow having more time to careful examination and decision-making.
but for Germans quality not quantity is the goal.
South Americans often are projected as loving Lambada, fun, and hardly working hard, where food and SEXUALITY is their priority.


Nothing more misleading and incorrect.
The same Mexicans are very good workers in USA especially if they don't have a green card yet.
So it is environment and lack of security, that makes them work hard for good money they can send back to Mexico.
They see themselves in USA as a temporary workers having chance of better life after the return back to Mexico.
There is also another factor: temperature
In Florida due to the temperature people hide inside the houses factories shopping malls and evening time
is too late for work so they eat and go to bed.
Florida is a good place for people working with intellectual skills and IT professionals.
the same mechanism applies to South Americans.In New York the temperature is not that high and is very comfortable for South Americans to work on the construction sites
as they in average don't have much of the education to replace Americans especially without work permit - most of them are illegal.

So we cannot find anything specific related to race and nationality that make them different than others.
The only factor that is noticeably significant is that in more advanced countries there is a chance to get better education.However advanced countries educates young force of laborers in extremely narrow directions.

The advantage of education in former communist system was that every child was taught everything:
music, singing, drawing, designing, art, technical skills, mechanics.
A person who graduated school, University, College was generally an Omni directionally excellent.
however those extremely well educated masses, were not as good in any particular direction and couldn't compete
with Western or American who knows how to make a coffee maker, but not how to change the electric bulb in refrigerator.

for example:
if you throw an American into Russian Siberia he would unlikely be able to survive.
If you throw Russian, Polish, Czech, Slovakian ( from former Russian terror region)and so on into America , they will quickly find
any job, any possible profession to be easy enough to quickly learn as they had a solid base for it.


The Soviet Russian system of terror was in need of quick replacement
of those who were murdered , locked in prisons , and tortured so that education system
was preparing men and women to serve as a replacement parts despite direction of their prior education.

For lifting the level of civilization it was the best education system  ever invented in the world till the collapse of former Soviet Union.
One Russian could do that what required 10 Americans.
However 10 Americans could do it in one minute and Russian would do it in 10 hours.

-Germans came to USA and became paid good unique quality professionals.
- Irish found mostly their place in construction sites , as many of them had lower education and emigrated for food to USA.
- after the World War II Polish mostly uneducated, agriculture workers came to USA. Americans created piles of jokes
  describing Polish as not intelligent, stupid, and low in value.
  In 1980 Polish run for life (mostly intelligence and professionals from dying out communist terror), and in 1990s Polish
  students, young fellows, engineers, scientists came to USA - the land of opportunity.
  They were educated in former Soviet system, they adjusted and became very successful in life in America.
  Picture of Polish has changed. Freed from Russian terror Poland became one of the most beautiful countries in Europe.
  New York roads and infrastructure cannot even compete with that what you can see in Poland now.
  Poland is a sweet beautiful candy.



The Jews:
It was a nation without a country for thousands of years.
Insecurity was driving them to keep to themselves their national values.
Religion became a bonding factor.
Synagogues had to be 20 minutes of walking distance from their houses, because in Shabbat you cannot drive the car.
So thousands of them were crowding in very small areas and it made their social dependency very much tight.
Friday in synagogue is short like in typical Catholic Church, but Shabbat starts Friday evening until Saturday evening.
Saturday is 5 to 6 hours in Synagogue, they pray they talk they socialize they find brides, friends, opportunities, they eat there,
and because they cannot work, they asked each other to visit them.
Religion, Rabbi, social rules, traditional suits where extremely strong and typical family was more than 10 members .
That crowdy relationship often created genetical problems and mixes. Most of Jews wear glasses, and are of delicate build.
To survive they invested in education, science, business, highly sophisticated professions, medical doctors surgeons and so on.
You unlikely able to see any Jew at the construction site, unless he is the engineer, architect or the owner.
They quickly became very well in life or wealthy with good start for their children, but because of large size of families
characteristic to Hasidic Jews that discomfort is always present as a push  for more and more and more.
Some other social groups or nations are looking at Jews seeing in it,  some kind of disproportion, and questionable lift as they often help other Jews to get the job, or position.
THAT IS WHY NickZ  MENTIONED  THAT JEWS ARE NOT MUCH LIKED  BY OTHERS.
However the wealthiest group of people in the world are gays and lesbians.
they mostly have no children, and two sources of income for their own use and pleasure.
they are also in discomfort and lack of security because they are in minority surrounded by not necessarily friendly crowd
that is why they help each other that mechanism could be compared to that used and perfected by Jews.


Summary:
Soviet  education died along with Soviet Union in 1990. and Russia of today is going down to dogs.
Modern business is based on cheap Chinese labor, and product that is rather replaced by another cheap junk but not repaired.
Germans with durable beauty of their hands and brains can sell mostly to rich and wealthy or military, or those who don't want to buy junk any longer.
Americans are extremely good but extremely narrow professionals in need of other professionals in anything or everything in life.
Europe unified to EU and no more wars. Soon it will be one nation without the borders in between.
Poland was the  world fastest growing economy in 2018.
There is no such thing as smart because of nationality or race.
It is some genetical dependency, but I'm not genetic professional appointed to act.
everything what makes you is the system, and that is why in 90s all of the brains
from entire world wanted to go to United States of America.
South America, didn't change much,
because there is no mechanism pushing them to change.
Discomfort, is the key to success, and mobility:
that is what makes world to change!!!!!!!
