Here it is

1 quantity  2N3055 npn transistor
1 quantity 330 Ohm resistor 1/2 Watt
1 quantity 1 kOhm variable resistor or potmeter
3 quantity UF4007 diode
1 quantity  toroidal ferrite core OD 12mm to 25mm

IF you do not have a wall plug-in mains power supply with 15V or 18V DC output you also need such. OR if you have a mains transformer with 12-15V AC output, max 500mA load current it is also good, for this latter you need rectifiers:

4 quantity 1N4007 diode
1 quantity 1000 uF /35V DC electrolytic capacitor

Should you not find toroidal ferrite core, here it is:

Should you have no wall plug-in mains DC supply but with 12V-18V AC output only, you need these to rectify AC output:

OF course you need enamelled copper wire to wind about 30 turns bifilarly onto the toroidal core, roughly at least 2 meter in length, wire diameter could be anything from 0.3mm to 0.6mm  (roughly awg #29 to #22).
