I'm kinda liking that plastic cage idea of borg's...only I'd have them on display in the nude.

After all, the Emperor never had any clothes anyway...so how can they miss what they never had.

And to entertain the after hours crowd they would all have to take turns satisfying the natural urges of a donkey who's oats are fortified with a generous Viagra supplement.

being on public display for life would prolly be enough with out abusing animals as well . im pretty sure it would make most rulers think twice and carrying on with there chem trails and such,...just for a change they might actually make the right decissions , but im sure we all know by now that get rid of one bunch of crooks and another set just moves right on in.
