You beat me to it. I think this is an appropriate example to start this thread. Even though the Travis system hasn't been comprehensively debunked, the Mister Wayne story exhibits all the earmarks of an elaborate long con, and/or an unusually self-deluded personality on the order of Magnacoaster or Thane Heins (both of whom should also be on this list).

Here's my contribution: the overunity claims of Rosemary Ainslie...... which she has _claimed_ would be "opensourced" but who has turned against everyone who has tried to replicate her results and found that they are spurious and that her claims are bogus. She has just announced her intention, once again, to try to obtain monetary prizes for her kluged system of mismeasurement and mendacity. And her honeypot forum.... where IP addresses are harvested and personal information about posters is gathered, so be careful.... is here:

He has been here for many years claiming he has overunity and never has been able to prove it, many people over the years have told him about his poor measurement techniques but he deliberately doesn't want to listen, he is definitely a fraudster. The last thread in the links is the current one, not started by him but he has hijacked it for his BS claims.
