Imagine typical overbalanced wheel ......minimum 24 wieghts that are moveable on a large wheel. The weights are slightly further out from the centre of the large wheel from 12oclock to 6oclock.the weights are slightly further towards the centre of the larger wheel from 6oclock to 12 oclock.
At 12oclock and 6oclock positions the weights are flipped out or in... while being unlocked.
Between these positions these weights are locked in position.

This overbalance is continually mantained therefore by the continous flipping caused by a resisting mechanism on 2 weights .....with more wieghts there would be a greater differential between sides of the wheel .

view of locking arm...magnet on top of arm passes a fixed magnet that repells arm down to unlock smaller wheel. small wheel cannot fully rotate only turn 180 degrees
