Is a NASA Overunity TPU Being Slowly Unveiled?

The article linked from the one posted above http://www.sppl.umd.edu/projects/03-resonant-inductive.html   seems to indicate it has nothing to do with energy generation as it needs power from on board solar or other sources and the RINGS are used instead to adjust satellite orientation and also to transmit wireless power locally.   So I would say no it has little or nothing to do with the TPU concept other than being a toroid shape.
