All comments at this point is speculation.  I still haven't found a reference to the patent application.

Please keep all negative comments to a dull roar and pressure PESN or OU dot com et al. to comment on this subject by validation of said OU in this configuration.

The article was from 2008. If this thing really did what they claim, we would have read something else by now...

Well this is the way I see it as many other OU claims, it's a simple 3 step program.

1. Where's the proof.
2. Where's the proof.
3. Where's the proof.

So far I've seen many claims over the years, I was just hoping that someone may have encountered this device and seen proof positive that it's feasible.

And the OU prize goes on unclaimed....oh well...Next Prochain Suivant (Half English and French saying that means Next sucker up!)

But you never know...I'm still waiting for proof of said OU claims from the last 100 years or more!

Yes the article may be old but the story is the same  where's the proof?  Anyone here found OU yet?

I agree with your healthy skepticism and agree with certain things you mention but in this business you have to keep hope that someone actually will pull ONE OU device out of the magicians hat and show the world with proper measurements and procedures to prove that it's possible...or not 

Having seen many claims like this one it could turn out to be a dud, who knows, we've certainly seen enough of those 

The intent of opening this post was to find more information on this device from whoever might happen to read it and make a connection.
