Nice.  Mine has normal cylinder commutator. Mine also is hard to see all the windings due to plastic encasement. Have pics. Posted here also somewhere.  My first Ebike brushed motor has radial commutator like your motor. These things are powerful pancakes.

My brushes are also not 180 deg from each other.  That was key to figuring the winding scheme.

The windings starting at 1 brush series connects to other windings around the rotor a few times before it connects to the other brush. 

These are probably the closest thing to a Homopolar gen/motor and avoiding the problem of very low V and high amps. Just like any other motor with more than 1 winding/HP disk.     Err, half a turn winding?

Tk. What is that, 5 N and 5 S on that mag?  Just looked at mine here. 6 sections 3 N and 3 S.
