At Keseco they have such a product, which is patented and will
reduce energy consumption by at least 5%. They made a test with
a Honda electricity generator, just to remove any doubts of energy
theft, if the test would be made direct on electricity grid.

This energy saving parts are already integrated in household products
by major Korean company.
