hallo all i ave study the testatika for over 6 years. I think the principle is not based on the wimshurst machine. It run to slow only 20 rpm.the lamellas is polarized N-S alternately.             The machine started with trasferred electrostatic cherge from person to machine.the lamellas discharged into special coil ( give an negative and positive polarity).this action made the fenomenon of magnetic collection (probably connect the spin of the electron trough the gravitational field of the earth) .and send out the pulsating direct current (Luzi spoke about an german and one motor burned-eddy current??? ).Alll free energy devices (Hendershot ,TPU ;hubbard working similar). the secret is in the reversing polarity in the coil and tap the gravitational field trough the magnet and coil.At soon.........
