looking for Lawrence Rayburn kit - radiant aerial kit

hi all, newbie to the site and it looks fantastic

i'm wondering anyone ever got the "Tesla Radiant Energy Kit Under Development" from Lawrence Rayburn. it was a while back and am interested in seeing a circuit diagram and maybe the key frequency.

his claimed results seemed amazing and i seriously wish to replicate.
