looking for a circuit that can be used on a pulse motor.

i want the circuit to control the pulses using bifilar coils but i wan the source battery to be able to be recharged. i dont need to create extra power as i want to use the output from the drive shaft, all i need to do is keep the source battery charged using the backemf off the coils.

i think i have one that will do the job but not sure what others are using
