The hydrogen from the electrolysis cell is converted into atomic hydrogen in the cell to circularly polarized light; atomic hydrogen recombines in  molecular hydrogen providing gas and heat for the home.
The oxygen produced by the electrolysis cell undergoes various treatments (plasma AT, sound waves, electromagnetic field CA, CC electromagnetic field, and various radio frequency) transmuting into hydrogen (protons 8 of
oxygen into 8 hydrogen atoms) that powers a generator that produces power for equipment and a surplus for the home.
Almost 1 kg of water produces 1 kg of hydrogen.
