Flip-flop wheel...

.....as a possible gravity self-powered "wheel" (as a matter of fact...a swinging-rotating leverage ) , if we combine two old proposals ( the "very old " Maillardet's elementary/a single arm/ "masselotte" and Milkovic's double oscillatory/swinging system , into :

.....as a mechanical counterpart of an electric oscillatory flip-flop device , capable of assuming two stabile states, at : www.geocities.ws/iacob_alex/Some_Drafts/text031.jpg
.....possibly as a gravity continuous oscillatory unbalanced leverage , due to a "self" torque difference on the same side of the fulcrum ( if tested ?!... ).
     This proposal is Bessler's MT 13 digest/minimal-nonredundant representatoin ( see the Middle Ages "prevailing" gravity wheel designs) and Milkovic's double oscillatory system  ( see the so old shadoof ).
      As a concise expression : nothing more that the development of an antique shadoof...
