I doubt it.  An end of ZED thread would be something that would come up if the shareholders sue or law enforcement shuts Wayne down like they did the plasma engine fraud John Rohner.  For the time being, Wayne says (again) that he is going to go quiet because a supposed buyer wants it that way.  The promises to demonstrate to Mark Dansie have all been withdrawn.  The only promise that is out there is production supposedly late in 2015.  I give that similar odds to Rossi's past promises of production.

As far as the supposed sale goes:  We shall see.  If a sale were to happen that would show up in records available from the SoS.  Wayne may see a sale as a soft landing exit.  Only an idiot buyer would buy without performing due diligence.  That does happen from time to time so it is possible.  Any prospective buyer who does perform due diligence will run away from any deal as fast as they can.  In the off chance that a deal does go through, then Wayne and his cadre expose themselves to civil and criminal fraud complaints from a deep pocket who would have plenty of motive to pursue Wayne and pals.  Without a deal, Wayne has a lot of explaining to do as to why he hasn't delivered to the existing investors.  A soft landing for our Bible thumping fraudster is anything but certain.
