Very good I like it. I was thinking of more of a higher point of swing more from what a cone angle would be. But you will still need the lifting cars so the one in the center coming down causes a larger reset effect in the tilt giving it a boost which can give the lower ring car a thrust effect. Working all together is a must.  2 cars on the lifting I believe is needed more for timing to have a chance perpetuate. But having the car running the design a the generator as in your picture could very well go over unity.
